SUBMISSION GRAPPLING
Submission Grappling is a general term describing the aspect of martial arts and or combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds. It brings together techniques from Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Folk American Wrestling (catch-as-catch-can), Sambo and Judo.

Unlike tradition Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling is based on no clothing grips, which makes some moves more difficult. It is also considered by some to be street Jiu-Jitsu, or street oriented.

This class is great for learning self defense, and keeping in shape. No matter if you have experience in any other martial art or not, this class is for you!

WRESTLING
Wrestling is an ancient art involving grappling, controlling, and throwing an opponent. We incorporate multiple methods by various wrestling styles to use on the mat, in the cage or on the street.

JUDO
Being a throwing art, we incorporate Judo into our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class to better our students and help them be a complete grappler. Being able to take an opponent to the ground is as important as being there.
