This class is designed for the individual who wants to build muscle and increase their cardio endurance during their lunch break. Given the hectic schedule of most people, this is a great opportunity to fit in a killer workout with a personal trainer. Be sure to bring a towel, and be ready to work out!
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS CLASS?
This class will consist of plyometric (body weight) exercise, weight training exercises, along with punching bag exercises. There will be a nice blend of both cardio and weight training. It is a nonstop action packed ride with a lot of sweat involved. You will be very excited that you came.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Classes are $10 per class.
We offer a 12 class package for $100.
WHAT DAYS PER WEEK?
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. 12:00 - 1:00 PM
If you have to arrive late or show up early, no worries.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE TRAINING FROM SUSAN?
If you would like to work one-on-one with Susan, please ask her before or after class about her personal training rates.
IS THIS THE ONLY TIME TO DO THE CLASS?We want to make sure that the time is convenient for everyone, so if you are taking the class, and would like to tell us of another time, please feel free to do so.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Loose fitting clothing. Something to sweat in. Bring a towel!!
